Axioma Studios ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are when using any of our products, including FlowBot, Axiom Invest, Juntos com Saúde, Pet Memories, Volta que Ganha, Da Pra Marcar and Axioma Shop.

We use Google Sign-In as the authentication method across all products. When you sign in, Google provides us with your name, email and profile picture only. We do not have access to your Google password nor to other data in your Google account.

When you connect a social channel to FlowBot (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), we receive from the provider only the data strictly necessary to operate the features you enabled: account identifiers, profile name, message content (for WhatsApp/Instagram inbound/outbound), comments (for Auto-Reply) and aggregated insights. We never access private data outside the scope you authorized, and all tokens are stored encrypted.

Your data is stored on secure Firebase (Google Cloud) and Supabase servers. We use HTTPS encryption in transit, strict access rules at the database level (Firestore Security Rules, Supabase RLS) and API keys protected via Firebase Secrets / environment variables. OAuth tokens from connected channels are encrypted at rest.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Conversation history in FlowBot is retained for 12 months by default and can be shortened or extended by the account owner.

Our products are not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 13. FlowBot is a B2B product intended for business owners and operators; end customers contacting businesses through connected channels must comply with the corresponding platform's minimum age requirements.
